About Laurence

I began my career in the corporate world in a datacenter as an apprentice, building servers. Over ten years, I progressed to Senior Linux Engineer and Technical Team Lead for the EMEA region at Cogeco Peer1. During that time, I also pursued side projects, including generating significant income by writing bots for gaming currency farming. In 2019, on a whim I moved to Italy, informing my boss after the move! I spent nearly two years there before resigning and leaving Central Europe due to COVID restrictions. Since 2021, I've lived in various countries, primarily Georgia, but also Ukraine, Turkey, and Armenia. Here, I've assisted small and medium businesses with IT services, Web3 development, AI integrations, and more. Over the past five years, I've developed a passion for self-improvement, health, and fitness, while also supporting those close to me in their personal journeys. In 2025, I founded Prochoro, aiming to dedicate 20-25 hours weekly to helping people in the UK reach their full potential.

How do the video coaching sessions work?

Each session is 1 hour long, held over Google Meet, and tailored to your specific goals. Between sessions, you’ll have access to ongoing support via message or email.

Is this therapy?
